This 48-inch, two-section counter pairs a stainless steel top with openings for eight 1/6 size pans—4-inch deep pans are furnished, and the top accommodates up to 6-inch deep—for fast, organized ingredient access. A 10-inch polyethylene cutting board lets you assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps at the same station.
Stage backups and streamline replenishment using four pull-out drawers; upper and lower drawers accommodate 6-inch deep pans to keep high-use items ready. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP system supports dependable chilled holding while preserving workspace up front.
