This 48-inch, two-section refrigerated counter combines two pull-out drawers, a door with shelves, and a full-length 10-inch polyethylene cutting board to keep ingredients and workflow close at hand. The stainless steel top holds ten 1/6 size pans for fast, organized topping access.
Load the upper and lower drawers with 6-inch-deep pans while the furnished 4-inch-deep pans sit in the rail, so staff can prep, restock, and serve without breaking stride. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP system to deliver dependable, efficient chilling throughout service.
