Built for fast-paced lines, the Beverage Air SPED48HC-12-4 elite series sandwich prep table streamlines make-station workflow in a compact 48-inch footprint. Its two-section, 9.8 cu. ft. refrigerated base pairs a stainless steel exterior with an aluminum interior for long-lasting, daily performance.
Stage and access ingredients efficiently with a stainless steel top that holds twelve 1/6-size pans; twelve 4-inch-deep pans are furnished, and the top accepts 6-inch-deep pans when needed. Four pull-out drawers accommodate 6-inch-deep pans, giving chefs and operators convenient back-up storage right on the line.
A 10-inch polyethylene cutting board provides a generous prep surface for building sandwiches and salads with speed and consistency. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses eco-forward R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP system, making this made-in-USA unit a reliable choice for busy foodservice operations.
