This 48-inch, two-section refrigerated counter offers 9.8 cu. ft. of storage while staging ingredients up top for fast assembly. The stainless steel rail holds twelve 1/6-size pans, and the 17-inch polyethylene cutting board creates a generous, sanitary prep surface.
Optimize workflow with a flexible base: two pull-out drawers and one door with two shelves let chefs and foodservice teams organize backups, proteins, and produce for peak service. The upper and lower drawers accommodate 6-inch deep pans, while the furnished 4-inch pans fit the rail for quick-access toppings.
