Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with eco-friendly R290 and 1/6 HP performance is engineered for dependable holding.
Stage proteins, produce, and toppings in the stainless-steel top opening while the four drawers keep backups at hand; upper and lower drawers accommodate 6-inch deep pans, and furnished pans are 4 inches deep. Magnetic drawer gaskets, adaptive defrost, and an epoxy-coated evaporator coil help maintain consistent 36–38°F temperatures for food quality and safety. Built with a durable stainless-steel exterior and aluminum interior, it’s made to endure the rigors of busy kitchens.
