The Beverage Air SPED48HC-12M-4 streamlines cold prep on busy lines. This 48-inch, two-section mega top sandwich / salad prep table organizes a 12-pan rail over four drawers to keep ingredients staged at arm’s reach. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
Built for daily service, the Elite Series™ cabinet features a stainless steel exterior, easy-clean aluminum interior, and a stainless top cut for twelve 1/6-size pans. Furnished pans are 4 inches deep, while the top accommodates 6-inch depths, and a 10-inch polyethylene cutting board provides a ready-to-serve workspace. Chefs in sandwich shops, pizza lines, and cafeterias can consolidate mise en place and move tickets faster with four drawers that accept 6-inch-deep pans.
