This 48-inch, two-section counter organizes a high-volume mise en place with a stainless steel top opening for 18 sixth-size pans and a full-length 10-inch polyethylene cutting board. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports reliable cold holding while conserving floor space at the line.
Stage ingredients in two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6-inch deep pans, keep bulk backups behind the single door on two shelves, and move seamlessly from prep to plating. A stainless steel exterior withstands daily rushes, while the aluminum interior cleans quickly to turn stations faster.
