Streamline high-volume prep with the Beverage Air SPED48HC-18M-4, an Elite Series™ mega top refrigerated counter engineered for busy service. At 48 inches wide with 9.8 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage across two sections, it stages ingredients within easy reach for rapid assembly. Chefs and operators can configure an efficient mega top sandwich / salad prep table to speed make-to-order production.
Load the stainless steel top with up to 18 1/6-size pans; furnished pans are 4 inches deep and the top accepts up to 6-inch depths. Four pull-out drawers also accommodate 6-inch-deep pans, while the 10-inch polyethylene cutting board supports direct-to-board assembly. A stainless steel exterior paired with an aluminum interior withstands daily demands and simplifies cleaning.
