Stage and assemble ingredients efficiently on the 17-inch polyethylene cutting board while keeping items within reach in the top rail, which holds eight 1/6 size pans. Pans furnished are 4 inches deep, and both the upper and lower drawers accommodate 6-inch deep pans for flexible menu builds.
