The Beverage Air SPED48HC-10C-2 Elite Series sandwich top refrigerated counter streamlines prep on busy lines. At 48 inches wide with a 17-inch polyethylene cutting board, it stages up to ten 1/6 size pans at arm’s reach for fast, repeatable builds. Chefs and foodservice operators can organize mise en place for sandwiches, salads, and bowls to accelerate service.
Optimize workflow with two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6-inch deep pans and a single door for bulk storage. A durable stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior stand up to daily cleaning and heavy use. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses environmentally friendly R290 and a 1/6 HP system to keep ingredients reliably chilled.
