Set up a clean, efficient make line with the included 16 1/6-size pans (4-inch deep) and a durable 10-inch polyethylene cutting board for rapid assembly. Four pull-out drawers streamline access to bulk items and accommodate 6-inch deep pans for higher-volume needs. A stainless steel exterior with galvanized back and bottom, plus an aluminum interior, stands up to daily use in busy kitchens.
