A full-length 17" polyethylene cutting board and a rail with openings for sixteen 1/6-size pans keep ingredients organized and within reach for rapid assembly. Ideal for high-volume service, this 60" two-section unit helps chefs and operators move from prep to plate with fewer steps.
Maximize base storage with two upper and lower pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, plus a single door and two shelves for bulk items and backups. Stage proteins, toppings, and garnishes in the rail while holding larger containers, sauces, and refill pans below to maintain a smooth workflow across shifts.
