Streamline your cold prep line with the Beverage Air SPED60HC-24M-4 mega top sandwich / salad prep table. This two-section, 60-inch refrigerated counter delivers 17.1 cu. ft. of organized capacity with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Keep frequently used ingredients staged at arm’s reach to move tickets faster during peak service.
The stainless steel top accepts 24 1/6 size pans, with 4-inch-deep pans furnished and the top accommodating 6-inch-deep pans when menu needs change. Four pull-out drawers add chilled backup storage, and the 10-inch polyethylene cutting board provides a sturdy, easy-clean prep surface. Assemble sandwiches, compose salads, or set mise en place from a single, efficient station.
Built for daily commercial use, the cabinet pairs a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom and an aluminum interior. A 1/3 HP system powers the refrigeration for busy service. UL, cULus, UL EPH Class
