Configure ingredients fast with a stainless steel top that holds eight 1/6-size pans, furnished 4 inches deep and able to accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep. Four pull-out drawers further streamline workflow, with upper and lower drawers designed to accept 6-inch-deep pans for bulk storage and backup items. A 10-inch polyethylene cutting board provides a sturdy station for slicing, stacking, and plating.
