Stage up to eight 1/6 size ingredients in the stainless steel top opening while working across the full-length 17-inch polyethylene cutting board. Its two-section design delivers 17.1 cu. ft. of organized storage, keeping mise en place within arm’s reach.
Accelerate ticket times by loading frequently used items in the upper and lower pull-out drawers, which accommodate 6-inch deep pans. Use the single door section with two shelves to hold backups and bulk product for quick replenishment during rush periods. Furnished 4-inch deep pans let you stock and serve immediately.
