Streamline your cold prep line with the Beverage Air SPED60HC-10-2, a 60-inch Elite Series sandwich top refrigerated counter built for fast-paced kitchens. Stage ingredients in the rail’s openings for ten 1/6 size pans and assemble orders directly on the 10-inch polyethylene cutting board to keep service moving. The 17.1 cu. ft. interior provides organized storage to back up the rail during rushes.
Load bulk product into two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6-inch deep pans, and use the single door with two shelves to store backup produce, sauces, or proteins. A stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom withstands daily use, while the aluminum interior cleans quickly between shifts. This layout helps chefs, delis, and cafés prep, portion, and present with confidence.
