The Beverage Air SPED60HC-10C-2 Elite Series™ sandwich / salad prep table helps chefs and operators streamline assembly lines and keep ingredients organized at peak times. Its two-section, 60-inch design combines drawer, door, and shelf storage to stage proteins, cheeses, and produce right where you prep. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports efficient, dependable performance in busy kitchens.
Set up up to ten 1/6-size pans in the stainless steel top opening to build sandwiches, salads, and bowls with speed and consistency. Use the 17-inch polyethylene cutting board as a dedicated prep surface, while two pull-out drawers and a single door with two shelves keep backups ready to reload. Durable stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom, plus an aluminum interior, stands up to daily commercial use in delis, cafes, and high-volume operations.
