This 60-inch, two-section refrigerated counter organizes mise en place with a stainless steel top cut for twelve 1/6 pans and a full-length 17-inch polyethylene cutting board. Two pull-out drawers and a door put high-volume ingredients and backup items within easy reach.
Set the top with the furnished 4-inch-deep pans, or swap in 6-inch-deep pans as your menu demands; the upper and lower drawers also accept 6-inch-deep pans. A durable stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom pairs with an aluminum interior to withstand daily rushes in delis, cafes, and institutional kitchens. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses eco-friendly R290 to support reliable holding without occupying valuable aisle space.
