This two-section, 60-inch refrigerated counter delivers 17.1 cu. ft. of capacity with a smart mix of drawers, a door, and shelving to keep ingredients and backups ready to go. Use it to speed assembly of signature salads, subs, wraps, and grain bowls during peak service.
The stainless steel top holds twelve 1/6 size pans for fast, visual access to toppings and proteins; furnished pans are 4 inches deep, and the top accommodates up to 6-inch-deep pans when your menu demands more volume. A 10-inch polyethylene cutting board supports efficient, sanitary prep right at the station, reducing steps and keeping your line moving.
