The stainless steel top features an opening for eighteen 1/6-size pans (4-inch pans furnished) so mise en place stays visible and within reach. A full-length 10-inch polyethylene cutting board invites efficient sandwich, wrap, and salad builds.
Optimize storage with a three-section base combining four pull-out drawers and one door with two shelves; drawers also accept 6-inch-deep pans. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with a 1/3 HP compressor uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to support reliable holding while simplifying installation. A rugged stainless steel exterior with galvanized back and bottom and an aluminum interior stands up to daily cleaning and heavy production.
