The Beverage Air SPED72HC-18C-4 Elite Series™ 72" refrigerated counter helps chefs and operators organize high-volume sandwich and salad lines with confidence. Its three-section design with four drawers, one door, and two shelves stages ingredients and back-ups for peak service.
Prep directly on the 17" polyethylene cutting board while reaching into the stainless steel top opening for eighteen 1/6-size pans; furnished pans are 4" deep, and the top accommodates 6" deep pans when needed. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration powered by eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor supports consistent cold holding and quick installation.
Built for daily service, the unit features a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom, plus an easy-clean aluminum interior. It’s a smart fit for sandwich lines, salad stations, commissaries, and catering operations seeking faster assembly and clean presentation.
