An opening for 18 1/6-size pans keeps toppings visible and within reach during peak service.
Six pull-out drawers add backup storage so cooks can quickly replenish the rail without leaving the station. The upper and lower drawers accept 6-inch-deep pans, while the furnished rail pans are 4 inches deep to balance capacity and visibility.
