Streamline your sandwich and salad line with the Beverage Air SPED72HC-30M-2, an Elite Series mega top refrigerated counter designed for high-output kitchens. Its 72-inch width and three-section layout organize ingredients and backups across two drawers, two doors, and four shelves to keep workflow moving.
Stage up to thirty 1/6-size ingredients on the mega top; furnished pans are 4 inches deep, and the top also accommodates 6-inch pans when menu needs change. Assemble subs, salads, and garnish trays directly on the 10-inch polyethylene cutting board to speed service during rushes.
Built for durability, it features a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom and an aluminum interior. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon and a 1/3 HP system supports reliable performance, while UL sanitation listings and Made in USA construction suit spec-driven operations.
