This three-section refrigerated counter offers 14.6 cu. ft. of storage with a balanced mix of two doors, two drawers, and four shelves to stage high-volume mise en place.
Streamline make-line workflow with a stainless steel top opening for eight 1/6 size pans, while the furnished pans are 4 inches deep and the top accommodates 6-inch deep pans as needed. A full-length 10-inch polyethylene cutting board provides a sturdy, easy-clean station for sandwiches, wraps, and salads.
Built for daily service, it features a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom and an aluminum interior for lasting durability.
