Spanning 72 inches with three sections and six drawers, it stages meats, cheeses, and produce for rapid assembly. The stainless top holds eight 1/6-size pans so your most-used ingredients stay visible and within reach.
Speed up prep with the 10-inch polyethylene cutting board and an included set of eight 1/6-size pans (4-inch deep); the top and drawers also accept 6-inch-deep pans to match your menu. A stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom resists daily wear, while an aluminum interior simplifies cleanup. Organized drawers keep backups chilled and ready to swap during peak periods.
