The 72-inch, three-section layout pairs a 17-inch cutting board with a rail opening for eight 1/6-size pans, keeping high-turn ingredients within easy reach. Six pull-out drawers below accommodate 6-inch-deep pans to streamline restocking and organization during peak periods.
Built for daily durability, this unit features a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom, plus an aluminum interior for cleanability. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor to deliver dependable performance. Pans furnished are 4 inches deep, and the top accepts 6-inch-deep pans when menu demands shift—ideal for restaurants, delis, and commissaries seeking efficient assembly and presentation.
