This 72-inch, three-section counter delivers 14.6 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage paired with a full-length 10-inch cutting board to stage and assemble orders fast. The stainless steel top holds ten 1/6-size pans; 4-inch-deep pans are furnished, and the opening also accepts 6-inch-deep pans.
Keep high-demand ingredients within arm’s reach using a versatile layout of four pull-out drawers and one door with two shelves for bulk items. Upper and lower drawers accommodate 6-inch-deep pans, helping you swap backups during peak service. The combination of quick-access drawers and a door compartment supports efficient line transitions across dayparts.
