This 72-inch, three-section refrigerated counter delivers 14.6 cu. ft. of cold storage paired with a stainless top rail opening for up to ten 1/6-size pans. One door, four drawers, and two shelves keep high-volume ingredients organized and within arm’s reach during rushes.
Speed assembly on a roomy 17-inch polyethylene cutting board while the upper and lower pull-out drawers accept 6-inch-deep pans for bulk items. Use the door section to stage backups, dressings, or proteins, making it ideal for sandwich lines, salad stations, cafes, and commissaries. Furnished 4-inch-deep 1/6-size pans fit the rail out of the box, with flexibility to swap to 6-inch pans as menus evolve.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior (galvanized back and bottom) and an aluminum interior, it stands up to daily kitchen demands. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant
