This three-section, 72-inch refrigerated counter pairs a 17-inch polyethylene cutting board with organized ingredient storage to speed service on busy lines. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon and a 1/3 HP system keeps ingredients cold and ready.
Six pull-out drawers accept 6-inch deep pans for back-up storage, while the stainless top holds ten 1/6-size pans for your most-used toppings. Pans furnished are 4 inches deep, helping crews load quickly and maintain a smooth production pace.
A stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom and an aluminum interior stands up to daily commercial use. Ideal for delis, cafeterias, and quick-serve kitchens focused on streamlined workflow and clean presentation across the makeline.
