Streamline high-volume prep with the Beverage Air SPED72HC-12M-2, an Elite Series mega top refrigerated counter for busy lines. At 72 inches wide with 14.6 cu. ft. of storage, it stages ingredients where you need them for faster sandwich and salad assembly. Set pans, proteins, and greens in reach to keep tickets moving.
Configure it as a mega top sandwich / salad prep table: the stainless steel top holds twelve 1/6-size pans furnished in 4-inch depth, and also accepts 6-inch pans as menus change. A 10-inch polyethylene cutting board creates a steady, sanitary work surface for subs, bowls, and grab-and-go builds. Two pull-out drawers plus two doors with four shelves balance quick-access toppings with bulk storage.
