At 72 inches wide with a dedicated mega top opening for (12) 1/6 size pans, it stages fresh ingredients where your team needs them most. Use the full-length 10-inch polyethylene cutting board to assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps in one smooth workflow.
Organize bulk and backup items with a flexible base that combines (4) pull-out drawers, (1) door, and (2) shelves. Upper and lower drawers accommodate 6-inch deep pans, keeping high-use proteins and produce within easy reach. The stainless steel top supports efficient mise en place while maintaining a clean, professional presentation on the line.
