Its 72-inch, three-section layout and six drawers stage proteins, cheeses, and backups within easy reach to accelerate service during peak periods.
Work clean and fast on the 10-inch polyethylene cutting board while the stainless top provides an opening for twelve 1/6-size pans on the rail. Pans furnished are 4 inches deep, and the top accommodates 6-inch deep pans to support deeper builds and batch prep.
Rear-mounted, self-contained R290 refrigeration preserves dependable cold holding without crowding the aisle, fitting neatly into tight cooklines and prep rooms.
