Stage up to twenty-four 1/6-size pans on the top; furnished pans are 4 inches deep, and the rail accommodates 6-inch deep pans. Four pull-out drawers accept 6-inch deep pans, while a single door and two shelves organize backup ingredients for smooth workflow.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP system supports efficient operation on busy lines.
