Engineered for durability, the unit features a stainless steel exterior with galvanized steel back and bottom plus an aluminum interior to stand up to daily service. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon and a 1/3 HP system to keep ingredients chilled and within reach.
