The stainless steel top features openings for six 1/9 size pans at 4-inch depth (refrigerated) plus a dedicated non-refrigerated top rail for seven 10-inch deep jars—ideal for dry or specialty toppings.
Built for daily commercial use, this unit pairs a stainless steel exterior with an aluminum interior and two epoxy-coated wire shelves for durable, easy-to-clean storage. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/10 HP system supports dependable performance. Mobility is simple with 6-inch casters (two with brakes), making it easy to reposition for service changes or cleaning.
