Maximize line efficiency with the Beverage Air UCF20HC, a shallow-depth undercounter freezer that measures 20 inches wide and offers 2.34 cu. ft. of storage. It fits beneath prep counters to keep frozen ingredients close at hand for chefs and foodservice teams.
Built for commercial use, it features a stainless steel top with turned down edges; stainless steel top, front, sides, and doors; a galvanized steel bottom and back; and an aluminum interior. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
Use the two shelves to organize mise en place, desserts, or proteins for fast service at prep, bar, or satellite stations. A single door and one-section layout support smooth workflow in tight spaces.
