Engineered for tight cooklines, the Beverage Air UCF24HC undercounter freezer packs reliable cold storage into a 24-inch-wide, shallow-depth footprint. With 4.84 cu. ft. of capacity, it stages frozen ingredients right where chefs and foodservice teams need them.
Durable stainless steel top, front, sides, and doors stand up to heavy traffic, while an aluminum interior helps simplify cleanup between services. The stainless top with turned down edges protects adjacent surfaces and adds a durable surface above the cabinet.
The rear-mounted, self-contained system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to deliver consistent performance without complicating installation. Organize backups and mise en place on two shelves behind a single door to streamline prep, garde manger, and dessert plating.
