The Beverage Air UCF27HC is a shallow-depth undercounter freezer designed to maximize cold storage beneath busy prep lines and cookstations. At 27 inches wide with 5.25 cubic feet of space, it consolidates frequently used ingredients where your team needs them. A solid hinged door and two shelves help stage proteins, pastry components, and garnish packs for quick, repeatable service.
Built for commercial environments, this unit features a stainless steel top with turned down edges and a rugged stainless exterior, while a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior simplifies cleaning. The galvanized steel bottom and back add durability for heavy daily use and frequent repositioning under counters or worktables.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration streamlines placement and service access. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP system, the UCF27HC delivers dependable performance to keep product at the ready and reduce trips to the walk-in.
