A stainless steel front, sides, drawers, and top withstand daily wear, while an aluminum interior cleans quickly between shifts. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/10 HP system to keep ingredients ready for service with dependable performance.
