A stainless steel front and 2-1/2" thick top & sides stand up to daily production, and the 4" removable backsplash helps maintain a cleaner station. The aluminum interior and two shelves organize pans, proteins, and desserts for quick, orderly retrieval.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon and a 1/3 HP system supports efficient chilling and straightforward installation. Snap-in door gaskets simplify maintenance and help hold the cold during busy service. Made in the USA with UL, cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation compliance for commercial use.
