The stainless steel front and 2-1/2-inch thick top and sides stand up to daily use, while a 4-inch foamed-in-place backsplash helps keep the workstation tidy. Position it on the cookline to stage frozen proteins, garnishes, or pastry components right where you need them.
Organize product efficiently inside the one-section, 5.38 cu. ft. cabinet with two shelves and a tight-sealing solid door featuring snap-in gaskets. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP system to hold cold reliably, and the aluminum interior cleans quickly between tasks.
