A two-section cabinet with two solid doors and four shelves organizes proteins, par-baked doughs, sauces, and desserts for fast ticket turnarounds. A stainless steel front and 2-1/2-inch-thick top and sides stand up to daily use, while the aluminum interior wipes down quickly between shifts.
With 20.08 cu. ft. of capacity, this commercial unit supports busy lines in restaurants, cafeterias, and catering operations.
