This 48-inch, two-drawer unit offers 8.59 cu. ft. of organized storage, so chefs can stage proteins, sauces, or mise ahead of the rush. A digital display lets operators monitor status at a glance.
Use the fire-proof stainless steel top to support countertop equipment without a heat shield, while the full marine drip guard helps contain spills and simplifies cleanup.
