At 96 inches wide with two sections and four drawers, it stages frozen proteins, sauces, and backups directly beneath your equipment while providing a durable work surface. A digital display enables at-a-glance monitoring for busy shifts.
Streamline prep and service with full-size pan flexibility: top drawers hold three 12" x 20" x 6" pans on the left and two on the right; bottom drawers hold three on the left and two on the right (pans not included). Use one side for high-volume items and the other for specialty or station-specific mise en place to keep teams moving.
