The Beverage Air WTFCS96HC is a 96-inch worktop cook stand freezer engineered to streamline busy lines and prep stations. Its fire-proof stainless steel top, front, and sides require no heat shield, so you can place cooking equipment above while keeping frozen ingredients close at hand. A full marine drip guard contains spills to help maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
Four heavy-duty drawers organize bulk proteins, sauces, and mise en place. Each drawer fits three 12" x 20" x 6" pans (pans not included), allowing fast swaps during rush periods and consistent, repeatable workflows. A digital display lets operators quickly verify settings at a glance.
