At just 24 inches wide, this one-section unit places 5.46 cu. ft. of organized refrigeration beneath a sturdy work surface, keeping ingredients within arm’s reach. A 4-inch removable backsplash helps control splashes on the line or in tight prep stations.
Chefs and operators can stage mise en place on top while the stainless steel front and aluminum interior handle daily traffic. Two shelves and a solid door support orderly storage for pans, toppings, and backups. An interior thermometer enables quick temperature checks during peak periods.
