A stainless steel front and an aluminum interior stand up to daily use, while a 4-inch foamed-in-place backsplash helps contain splashes.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep product cold without complicating installation. Two solid doors and four shelves stage proteins, produce, and garnishes for cooklines, garde manger, sandwich, or pastry stations. Staff can prep on the top while pulling items below to streamline workflow in tight spaces.
