The Beverage Air WTRCS112HC-120 worktop cook stand refrigerator streamlines your cookline with a 120-inch stainless work surface and refrigerated storage in one footprint. This three-section chef base keeps mise en place within arm’s reach while freeing valuable line space. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration simplifies service access and installation.
Six drawers organize ingredients by station: each top drawer holds (2) 12" x 20" x 6" pans, and each bottom drawer holds (2) 12" x 20" x 4" pans (pans not included). Stage proteins, sauces, and garnishes for the grill or sauté line, or stock bulk prep for banquets without crowding the pass. Stainless steel construction stands up to daily rushes and wipes down quickly between turns.
