The Beverage Air WTRCS48HC worktop cook stand refrigerator pairs refrigerated storage with a durable 48-inch stainless work surface. As a two-drawer chef base, it keeps cold ingredients directly beneath your cooking equipment, tightening cookline workflows and speeding service. Operators can place countertop cooking appliances on the fire-proof top with no heat shield required.
Each drawer accepts two 12" x 20" x 6" pans (not included), letting line cooks organize proteins, sauces, or mise en place by station. The full marine drip guard contains spills along the edge to protect adjacent surfaces and simplify cleanup. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration supports efficient operation in tight kitchens.
