Each drawer is configured to hold three 12" x 20" x 6" pans (pans not included), making it easy to organize proteins, sauces, or mise en place by station. A full marine drip guard around the top contains spills and splashes, and the aluminum interior is built for commercial use.
Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP system for dependable cold storage.
